W. Thomas. Green, Jr.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Tommy Green is the founder of Greenway Medical Technologies and has served as Greenway's CEO and Chairman since the company's inception in 1998. Leveraging experience from several successful business ventures, Mr. Green was directly responsible for organizing interest in and action from a group of healthcare professionals to create Greenway Medical. Mr. Green led this group in development of ambulatory solutions that improve the delivery of healthcare for the consumer, the provider and the payer.
Mr. Green has owned, operated and sold several companies, including an automotive parts retailer and Greenway Corporation, Inc., a financial software firm. Greenway Corporation was sold in 1998 to The BISYS Group, Inc. (NYSE: BSG). Mr. Green holds several corporate and community leadership positions. He is the chairman of First National Bank of Georgia and WGNB Corporation in Carrollton, Georgia. He is past chairman of the Tanner Medical Foundation. Mr. Green serves as a board member and executive committee member of the State University of West Georgia Foundation.
He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia.

Wyche T. Green, III
President
Wyche "Tee" Green has served as President of Greenway Medical Technologies since 2000 and is responsible for leading the company's strategic direction while managing day-to-day operations. He first joined Greenway Medical as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, working in that capacity one year before being promoted to President.
Mr. Green was the third employee hired by Greenway Corporation (financial), and worked in all areas of the company before it was acquired by The BISYS Group, Inc. Mr. Green served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BISYS until his return to Greenway.
Mr. Green is a member of the board of directors for R.W. Allen & Associates, Inc., the Community Foundation of West Georgia, First Georgia Banking Company, the West Georgia Habitat for Humanity, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Greenway Medical Technologies.
Mr. Green received a bachelor's degree in business administration management from Auburn University.

Gregory H. Schulenburg
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Greg Schulenburg joined Greenway Medical Technologies in March 1999 as Vice President of Development and was promoted to Executive Vice President and COO in May 2004. Mr. Schulenburg oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of Greenway.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Schulenburg worked at NationsBank in Atlanta, Georgia, and Charlotte, North Carolina, where he managed testing and development teams for the Nationwide Platform Development Project. He also managed the Support and Projects Development group for National Support. Mr. Schulenburg previously managed the Development/System Projects for Prudential Bank in Atlanta.
Mr. Schulenburg received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Georgia.

Bradford S. Tuggle
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Brad Tuggle joined Greenway Medical Technologies in 1998 after serving as CFO of Greenway Corporation. Today, Mr. Tuggle provides effective financial leadership for Greenway to grow value responsibly and in a profitable and sustainable manner. He is also responsible for arranging financing for Greenway's customers.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Tuggle served as controller of Southwire Company's Copper Division. Mr. Tuggle began his business career as an audit manager with Ernst & Young, LLP, and has more than 11 years of financial accounting experience.
Mr. Tuggle received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Georgia State University.

William G. Esslinger, Jr.
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Bill Esslinger joined Greenway in the spring of 2000. Mr. Esslinger is the chief legal officer for Greenway and oversees all ongoing activities related to policies and procedures covering the privacy of and access to patient health information in compliance with federal and state laws, including the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Esslinger was in private practice, where his primary focus was on commercial litigation and mass toxic tort/products liability litigation.
Mr. Esslinger is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and a charter member of the International Association of Privacy Officers.
Mr. Esslinger earned his bachelor's degree in finance from the State University of West Georgia and his juris doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law.

James T. Ingram, MD, FACS
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Ingram has been involved with EHR since 1993 while in active private practice in Carrollton, GA. He was one of the founding investors for Greenway Medical Technologies when formed in 1996. As CMO he is involved in many aspects of the design, development, training, medical content and practice relations at Greenway. He continues to serve for the third year on the CCHIT (Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology) as a member of the Ambulatory Work Group.
Dr. Ingram is a board certified surgeon who graduated from the University of Alabama Medical School, cum laude and Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society member. He did his surgical residency at the University of Alabama Medical Center. While in active practice in general surgery, thoracic and vascular surgery, he also served as Chief of Surgery and Director of Intensive Care for the Tanner Medical Center.

Michael Hairston
Vice President, Sales
Mike Hairston joined Greenway in October 1999. He is responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activity. Mr. Hairston previously served Greenway as Regional Sales Manager, then Regional Vice President, Eastern Region, and opened 13 new sales territories for the company.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Hairston was National Sales Manager for DataSphere Technologies, Inc., a computer-aided facilities management software vendor. He also served in the same capacity for the Information Management Services Division of Law/Gibb Group.
Mr. Hairston received a bachelor's in mechanical engineering and master's degree in business administration from Auburn University.

Gregory R. Shilling
Vice President, Business Development
Greg Shilling joined Greenway in 2000 and has more than 14 years of experience in marketing and selling software solutions. Currently, his responsibilities include the continued expansion and management of Greenway's direct and indirect sales distribution channels.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Shilling was Vice President of Sales and Business Development for TREEV, Inc., a document management software vendor. He was also a Product Manager and Director of Sales within the Financial Services Division of CheckFree Corporation and Brock Control Systems, a customer relationship management (CRM) software provider.
Mr. Shilling received a bachelor's degree in finance from Auburn University.

Justin T. Barnes
Vice President, Marketing, Corporate Development and Government Affairs
Justin Barnes joined Greenway in June 2003. With a background in healthcare IT sales, corporate operations and legislative policy, Mr. Barnes is responsible for building and executing Greenway's marketing, corporate strategy and government relations.
Mr. Barnes has been in the EHR industry for more than fifteen years and resides on a dozen industry governance boards. He brings to Greenway an essential continuum of business experience from Silicon Valley start-ups to industry-leading Fortune 20 conglomerates. Prior to Greenway, Mr. Barnes was a member of the founding team and Vice President of Sales Operations at Healinx Corporation (now RelayHealth). He also spent several years with HBO and Company, which subsequently merged with McKesson in 1999.
Mr. Barnes has formally addressed and testified before Congress as well as the President's Administration on eight occasions between 2005 and 2008 with statements relating to healthcare privacy, security, confidentiality, compliance, standards, IT adoption incentives, interoperability and the globalization of healthcare. Mr. Barnes is currently Chairman of the Board of the national EHR Association and subsequently has been published in more than 60 journals, magazines and broadcast media outlets relating to national leadership of HIT and EHR adoption efforts.
Mr. Barnes received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Sciences in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Eric L. Grunden
Vice President, Client Services
Eric Grunden joined Greenway in July 2004 as Vice President of Client Services and has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare project management, program management and administration. Mr. Grunden is responsible for managing all implementation, deployment and training services for Greenway Medical Technologies' customer base.
Prior to joining Greenway, he worked as the Regional Operations Manager for Alteer Corporation, where he was responsible for managing all deployment projects for the Central and Eastern United States.
Mr. Grunden earned a bachelor's degree in management information systems and another in management from Texas Tech University.

John S. Ayers
Vice President, Customer Support
John Ayers joined Greenway in May 1998. As Vice President of Customer Support, he is responsible for supporting the Greenway Medical Technologies customer base and ensuring they receive the best customer experience in the medical software industry.
Prior to joining Greenway Medical Technologies, Mr. Ayers worked for Greenway Corporation. There he was responsible for customer service for Greenway Corporation's customers in check imaging and installations of peripheral systems on existing client check image systems.
Mr. Ayers is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and attended the University of West Georgia.

Timothy C. Bell
Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer
Tim Bell joined Greenway in 1998 and has more than 21 years of experience in telecommunications and data networking. Mr. Bell is responsible for responsible for the information technology and computer systems that support Greenway's solutions and services.
Before joining the Company, Mr. Bell served as the Communications Officer for the U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL. There he led several military initiatives including service as senior technical adviser to the Commanding General on telecommunications and networking issues and program manager of the U.S. Army Missile Command Counter Drug Management Office supporting law enforcement agencies nationwide.
Mr. Bell is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Trainer as well as a Proxima Range Lan II (wireless network) Certified Technician. He received an associate degree in business administration from Albany Junior College in Albany, Georgia.

Johnathan Samples
Vice President, PrimeSuite
Johnathan Samples joined Greenway in June of 1998. He was promoted to Vice President for research and development of Greenway's integrated EHR and practice management solution, PrimeSuite, in 2007. Mr. Samples previously served Greenway as a software developer, leading the development team for the PrimeSuite electronic health record solution, then as Director and Vice President of Development and Quality Assurance. His current responsibilities include managing research and development for PrimeSuite, including definition of requirements to meet customer needs, design, development and testing for this solution, and acting as the customer advocate for PrimeSuite.
Mr. Samples previously worked as a software engineer at IMNET Systems, where he developed software components to support medical document imaging.
Mr. Samples received a bachelor's degree in computer science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Deborah I. Esslinger
Vice President, PrimeMobile and PrimeResearch
Debbie Esslinger joined Greenway in January 1999. She was promoted to Vice President for research and development of Greenway's mobile desktop solution, PrimeMobile, and our research solution, PrimeResearch, in 2006.
Ms. Esslinger previously served Greenway as a software developer, working on requirements, design and development of its EHR solution, then as Director and Vice President of Product Management. Her current responsibilities include managing research and development for PrimeMobile and PrimeResearch, including definition of requirements to meet customer needs, design, development and testing for these solutions, and acting as the customer advocate for PrimeMobile and PrimeResearch.
Ms. Esslinger previously worked as a research scientist and software engineer at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, and as a software engineer at AT&T.
Ms. Esslinger received a bachelor's degree in computer science at the State University of West Georgia and a master's degree in computer science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Rob Newman
Vice President, PrimeExchange
Rob Newman joined Greenway in 1998. He was promoted to Vice President for research and development for Greenway's interoperability solution, PrimeExchange, in 2006. Mr. Newman previously served Greenway as a software developer and as a PrimeSuite team lead. His current responsibilities include definition of requirements to meet customer needs, design, development and testing for this solution, and acting as the customer advocate for PrimeExchange.
Mr. Newman previously worked as a software developer for Greenway Corporation, where he assisted with the development of that company's high-speed check sorter controller and multi-media storage and retrieval software. Prior to joining Greenway Corporation, he was employed for six years with Sales Technologies, a global leader in sales force automation software for the pharmaceutical industry, where he developed call management, multi-media and database interactive software.
Mr. Newman received a bachelor's degree in computer science at the University of West Georgia.

Jared Lisenby
Regional Vice President - Sales, Southeast Region
Jared Lisenby joined Greenway in November 2002. Since joining Greenway in 2002, Mr. Lisenby has served Greenway as the Director of National Accounts and as a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions.
Over the past six years Mr. Lisenby has been an ambassador for Greenway by helping develop both strategic business partners and opening new sales territories. As the Regional Vice President of the Eastern Region, his current responsibilities are managing and leading the sales activities for the Eastern Region.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Lisenby worked at Oracle Corporation and he is a graduate of Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

John E. McGhee
Regional Vice President - Sales, Central Region
John McGhee joined Greenway in March 2003 as Regional Sales Manager for Texas. In 2005, he became Regional Vice President for the Western Region with the responsibility of leading Greenway’s sales growth strategy in the western half of the U.S.
Mr. McGhee has been involved in medical sales since 1991. Prior to joining Greenway, he spent six years at Quest Diagnostics, Inc. including duties as a Physician and Hospital Account Manager and District Sales Manager. Before joining Quest, he held roles in medical device and surgical sales with Davis & Geck and with Interpore International as an Orthopedic Sales Representative. He began his professional sales career with Lanier Worldwide as a representative in their facsimile machine division.
Mr. McGhee received a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas A&M University.
